LMSOne Terms of Use
These terms govern access to LMSOne and related services provided by Wolfstone Media LLC. By accessing, registering for, administering, or using LMSOne, you agree to these terms for yourself and any institution you are authorized to represent.
Service scope
LMSOne is a learning management and learning-operations platform intended for higher-education institutions. Features may be added, changed, limited, or discontinued as the service develops. Specific pricing, service levels, data terms, or support commitments apply only when stated in a separate written agreement.
Higher-education use; K–12 exclusion
LMSOne is not designed, marketed, documented, or supported for K–12 education. We do not technically prevent every K–12 use, but any such use is outside the intended scope of the service and is undertaken entirely at the institution's own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wolfstone Media LLC provides no support, representation, or warranty for K–12 use, regardless of any generally stated compliance, certification, privacy, security, accessibility, or safety capability. Institutions are solely responsible for determining and satisfying requirements applicable to minors and K–12 environments.
Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate information, protect credentials, assign only appropriate permissions, and remain responsible for activity under your accounts and organizations. You may not use LMSOne unlawfully; probe or disrupt the service; introduce malicious code; gain unauthorized access; misrepresent identity or authority; infringe another person's rights; or upload content you lack authority to process.
Institution data and educational content
Institutions and users retain their rights in content they submit. They grant Wolfstone Media LLC the limited permission needed to host, process, transmit, back up, and display that content to provide and secure LMSOne. Each institution is responsible for the legality, accuracy, permissions, retention decisions, and access assignments associated with its content and educational records.
Security and compliance
Security and compliance depend on an institution's configuration, processes, contracts, jurisdiction, and use. Product features or statements intended to support a security or compliance objective are not a guarantee of certification, legal compliance, audit results, or fitness for a particular regulatory use. The security page distinguishes current code-verified controls from capabilities that require deployment configuration or future implementation.
Third-party services and availability
LMSOne may depend on hosting, storage, networking, email, security scanning, and other third-party services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or the continued availability of a particular integration. You should maintain appropriate backups and continuity plans for material institutional records.
Disclaimers and limitation
Except for obligations expressly accepted in a separate written agreement and to the fullest extent permitted by law, LMSOne is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. Wolfstone Media LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, revenue, or opportunity. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Suspension, termination, and changes
We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address nonpayment, security threats, unlawful activity, material breach, or risk to the service or others. We may update these terms by posting a revised version and date. Material contractual commitments remain governed by any applicable written agreement.
